I am writing this with a heavy heart to share some difficult news. Due to several staff members leaving, challenges in finding replacements, and the ongoing economic changes, I have made the incredibly hard decision to close our beloved salon. This decision was not made lightly and is deeply saddening for me.

Our salon will remain open until March 2nd. Please be sure to redeem any outstanding gift vouchers by this date. Despite these unforeseen events, I will continue to provide services to clients just from a different location. All appointments from the 3rd of March onwards will be completed at The Hair Hub, Glennons Yards, Billing Garden Village, Northampton, NN3 9EX. This is at the opposite end of the car park to the garden centre and is behind the red gates. If you have an appointment this will be moved over to my new booking system and you will get a notification. Some appointments will need to be changed due to the working hours at The Hair Hub I will reach out if this is the case. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who has supported the salon over the past 8 years. It has been a wonderful journey, and your loyalty and support mean the world to me. Although this is a challenging time, please know that I am doing everything I can to adapt and continue providing the services you love.

I will reach out to and speak with as many of you as I can during this transition. Please understand that this has been an incredibly difficult decision, and I am truly devastated.

Thank you once again for your understanding and support. I am indeed heartbroken, but hopeful for the future.
